We have created a system which basically allows you to have an easily updateable website within 5 easy steps allowing you to have an active website with changing content. Once we set up your basic website foundation you are able to input your content and upload your images with a "click of a button" style easy to use Administration Centre. We can also assist you with transferring of your existing content from your current website.

Any person with basic internet knowledge and image resizing ability can update the website from any computer with internet access.

At this point in time we have two variations of predetermined website structures depending on your logo dimensions. Although within these designs holds great flexibility. You are also able to request changes and a more custom design for an additional fee.

How it Works

All we need to do is set up your domain name either by transferring your existing domain name or registering you a new domain name (cost around $50 per 2 years). We can also setup up to 5 email addresses. When users type in your domain name they will seamlessly be directed to your website on ActiveWebsites.com.au servers.

In the Administration Centre (the back end) you are able to change images, colours, decide what pages you want included on your site, input your content, upload images and update your website anytime by logging into our Content Management System. Below is an example of how easy & flexible it is to input / edit content. All you have to do is select the area you want to edit, fill in details (choose formatting such as bolding or bullet points), upload images and click save. Your website will automatically update.

5 Easy Steps

To get set up is extremely easy. All we have to do is 5 easy steps.

	Step 1. Sign Up - Sign up for your website. Email us your organisation logo, your preferred colours and an idea of your basic requirements.
	Step 2. Set Up - Set Up involves transferring your domain name or registering a new domain name to our servers. We will also provide up to 5 email addresses for you unless you have your own email server. Additional emails will incur a fee.
	Step 3. Website Design - We will set up your website foundation within 7 days based on a our predetermined layout structures (the "typical" left hand side navigation and top left logo). We will then issue a user name and password for you to login to the Admin Centre so you can input / edit your content direct.
	Step 4. Input Content - Progressively you are able to input your content directly into the Admin Centre. This way you can build your site as you are ready. You have a choice between styles of pages. You can have a blank page style where you have full flexibility as if creating a Word Document or you can use other styles available. We can also help your transfer existing content.
	Step 5. Go Live - Once your content is ready you select the "Go Live" button to launch your website. After this you can log in and update your content at anytime and even change images & colours if you wish.

The Cost

The best part is the cost. All you pay is only $795 + GST for the initial website cost and then only $395 + GST per year for hosting, during hours and after hours phone support, the use of the Content Management System (Admin Centre) where you can log in to update your website as often as you like from any computer with internet access and up to 5 emails.
